Support Engineer IIS

Providing technical support, troubleshooting and correction of the problem on applications and systems used in Client's customer fulfilment centers. Conducting RCA on the problems and arriving with a resolution. Working with Service Lead & helping with the OS and application patching on the servers owned by Customer fulfilment team. Incident Management, major incident management, problem management, knowledge management and application Patching. Providing operational and application support to Client's Dotcom GSH Systems - Both office hours and On-call Writing queries and generating DB reports needed for operations (SQL) Documenting all the processes and updating knowledge base - this should contribute in making the process people independent Incident, Problem, Patching and Knowledge management Performing health checks, monitor systems, work on alerts and reports. Generating reports and also prepare RCA document of issues Providing accurate problem descriptions, with all necessary support documentation Timely escalation of issues is of essence to prevent or contain operational impact
